Peningkatan Kualitas SDM Melalui Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris Sejak Dini di Yayasan Pesantren Tahfiz Al Mubarok Cisalak Subang
Abstract
The purpose of these activities is to improve the competence and knowledge of students of Pesantren Tahfidz Al Mubarok Cisalak Subang to be more creative and productive. Hopefully with the increase in competence and knowledge, the students of Tahfidz Al Mubarok Cisalak Subang Pesantren will be more competitive in facing the era of globalization in the future and the next goal is to overcome the limitations of English language skills. The students of Tahfidz Al Mubarok Cisalak Subang Pesantren can start a habit of speaking simple words in their spare time or when at home. The main points of these activity are (1) Lack of competence and knowledge about English, (2) Limited English language skills, (3) Lack of knowledge about how use of English in everyday activity. The Solutions are (1) Conducting community service activities to improve the competence and knowledge of students of Pesantren Tahfidz Al Mubarok Cisalak Subang by providing training and material exposure to be productive and creative, (2) English language training to overcome the limitations of English language skills with the Total Physical Response and Role Play methods, and (3)English day programme or daily communication in English with simple word in order to maximize the use of English language. The output is making mini dictionaries containing daily vocabulary.
