Abstract

This society service aims to educate and prepare students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tangerang to be able to play a role in developing insights and courage to respond to the dynamics of life as a successor to the generation of the nation that has the responsibility to keep and continue the traditions, habits of the community. The method used is briefing and training through lectures, presentations and interactive discussions. The result of this activity is student SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tangerang very enthusiastic to follow this event, with the hope of the students are ready with the supply of science of leadership, motivation and management, ready to enter the world of work and further studies to the College.
