Meningkatkan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Organisasi Masyarakat Di Rw 04 Kelurahan Cilandak Timur
Abstract
The purpose of this activity is to equip youth groups, PKK TEAM and UMKM who affect the welfare of the community in East Cilandak District and Pasar Minggu District theoretically and practically as well as skills in developing community organizations in managing human resources. District, administrative city of South Jakarta. The problem behind this activity is that the people of East Cilandak District are still dealing with many community organizations including youth organizations, PKK-TEAM and UMKM. As for the Karang Taruna problem, they still don't understand the meaning and role of Karangtaruna itself, and interest in organizing among youth is still low, so youth organizations don't run well. The problem with the PKK TEAM and UMKM is the lack of leadership so results in the organization don't improve. Competition between organizations is getting tougher. As a competitor, every company wants to be the best. This situation requires every organization to align its activities or programs. One way to maintain or increase the effectiveness of an organization to achieve its goals is to make improvements and develop the best human resources. One of the most important factors in achieving company goals is human resources. The method consists of problem solving skills and direct transfer of material, as well as simulations and discussions on human resource management and the application of HR in developing productive activities for youth organizations, PKK TEAM and UMKM.
