Peningkatan Kompetensi Warga Desa Cihambulu Pabuaran Subang Melalui Budidaya Ikan Lele Dengan Memanfaatkan Lahan Yang Sempit
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to increase the competence of the residents of Cihambulu by providing training in catfish cultivation using the narrow land around it.The method used is delivering material through lectures, motivation and training. The object of service is the residents of the desa Cihambulu, Pabuaran, Subang, Jawa Barat. The results of this service show that residents of the desa Cihambulu, Pabuaran, Subang, Jawa Barat need to be provided by training and motivation in order to overcome the problems as follow : (1) The lack of competence of the residents of the village of Cihambulu Pabuaran Subang, West Java, to be more productive and penetrate business fields other than agriculture, (2) The lack of insight of the villagers of Cihambulu Pabuaran, Subang, West Java in terms of the latest plant method techniques with not a large capital, (3) Lack of knowledge of yard management or narrow land around the house so that it can be utilized more optimally.
