Penyuluhan Digital Marketing Kepada Anggota Sekolah Pencetak Wirausaha (SPW) Binaan UMKM
Abstrak
This community service aims to provide information and knowledge about how to
increase Digital Marketing excellence. Digital marketing is the process of marketing and promoting
a brand, product or service which is carried out through digital media and requires an internet
network for its activities. Digital marketing is a marketing or promotional activity for a brand or
product using digital media or the internet with the aim of attracting consumers or potential
consumers quickly. The digital era refers to a period of time in which digital technology, especially
the internet, significantly influences various aspects in various areas of human life. Digital
technology plays an important role in changing the way we interact, access the internet, business
transformation, education and learning, technological innovation, digital economy and social
influence. The digital era has become integrated with the current condition of society. The
development of the digital world is currently a trend and has become a necessity in all circles. The
large number of SMEs that still experience difficulties in the product marketing process is an
obstacle in developing their business. The aim of this activity is to increase the capabilities and
knowledge of small and medium businesses through digital marketing to market a wider range of
products so that sales can increase. Counseling like this needs to be carried out more frequently to
build awareness and understanding of digital marketing and the steps that must be taken to create
and manage social media accounts. The results of this community trial show the public's interest
seen from the responses and questions submitted by the public about how to increase the
advantages of MSMEs with digital marketing promotions and being able to do it consistently
