Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin dan Tanggung Jawab Pada Generasi Alpha di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh
Abstrak
The aim of this study is to shape the character and increase the discipline and sense of responsibility of the students of the Tahfizh Al-Mujtama' Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School 4 Cianjur, West Java, most of whom are the Alpha Generation, with habituation methods such as getting used to cleaning their rooms and beds, praying. before and after studying, praying in congregation, getting used to praying Dhuha every morning. Apart from that, the students are also given the confidence to carry out tasks and picket to train their sense of responsibility. It is hoped that with the implementation of this Community Service program, the students' discipline and sense of responsibility will increase, and superior character can be achieved. The output target to be achieved is to provide a general overview of the formation of the character of discipline and responsibility in the Alpha Generation at the Tahfizh Al-Mujtama' Al-Islami 4 Islamic Boarding School, Cianjur, West Java. Apart from that, training is provided in making activity schedules that must be adhered to to be more disciplined and organized
