Pelatihan Pembuatan Website Menggunakan Google Sites Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing UMKM di Era Digital
Abstrak
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam membuat serta mengelola website menggunakan Google Sites sebagai sarana pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi observasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, pelatihan praktik (hands-on training), pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Materi pelatihan mencakup konsep digital marketing, pentingnya website bagi UMKM, serta praktik pembuatan website yang memuat profil usaha, katalog produk, dan informasi kontak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 80% peserta mampu membuat website usaha secara mandiri dan memahami pemanfaatan website sebagai media promosi digital. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya branding, pemasaran digital, dan transformasi digital dalam mendukung pengembangan usaha. Antusiasme peserta selama pelatihan juga menunjukkan bahwa metode praktik langsung dan pendampingan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi digital, kredibilitas usaha, perluasan jangkauan pasar, serta mendorong peningkatan daya saing UMKM di era digital.
