Stressless Crew: Program Manajemen Stres Kerja Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Restoran Cepat Saji
Abstrak
Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertajuk “StressLess Crew” dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam mengelola stres kerja sekaligus mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada Restoran Cepat Saji Mie Aceh Limo Cinere. Pelaksanaan program menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, berbasis masalah, dan experiential learning. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, asesmen stres melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, workshop interaktif, praktik teknik pengelolaan stres, pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi. Materi mencakup pemahaman stres kerja, teknik relaksasi, mindfulness, manajemen waktu, komunikasi efektif, manajemen konflik, dan strategi coping adaptif. Program juga mendorong dukungan organisasi melalui penyesuaian jadwal kerja, rotasi tugas, komunikasi suportif, dan pengembangan fasilitator internal melalui train-the-trainer. Karena laporan sumber belum menyajikan data numerik pre-post secara lengkap, capaian dalam artikel ini disajikan sebagai keluaran implementasi dan indikator evaluasi, bukan klaim statistik mengenai penurunan stres atau peningkatan kinerja.
