Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Ecopreneur Dalam Pengelolahan Limbah Pangan Menjadi Produk Bernilai Ekonomis
Abstract
Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan anak-anak panti dalam mengolah limbah pangan menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi, sekaligus menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan dan semangat berwirausaha yang ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, dan pelaksanaan pelatihan langsung (praktik). Peserta berjumlah 14 anak asuh perempuan yang sedang menempuh pendidikan sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep ecopreneurship serta kemampuan praktis dalam pengolahan limbah pangan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan, kemandirian, dan kepedulian lingkungan sejak usia dini.
