Abstract

This service is entitled Facing the challenges of millennial human resources in agribusiness in the era of Society 5.0 at UMKM assisted by SMK Negeri 1 Pacet, Cianjur. The general purpose of this community service activity is to provide training and practical knowledge of Management Science in agribusiness development where it is expected that the community will be able to solve various challenges and social problems by utilizing innovations in the agricultural industry which has now entered the era of Society 5.0 characterized by the use of automatic machines integrated with the internet network. The method used is the method of survey and delivery of material directly as well as simulation and discussion of management, product marketing and the application of MSDM in agribusiness development in the era of Society 5.0. The conclusion of this community service is that there will be assistance in management in agribusiness development through socialization and training in the form of an explanation of the application of Management Science in the development of the mindset of UMKM actors assisted by SMK Negeri 1 Pacet, Cianjur.
