Abstract

2020 and 2021 are historical times for the whole world because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Around the world, the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on many business sectors. This pandemic has destroyed the entire business world without exception, as well as in Indonesia, be it micro, small, medium to large businesses, even. MSMEs, which are the basis for improving the welfare of owners and helping the surrounding community in providing employment, have been affected. The welfare of MSMEs must be improved because MSMEs have an important role in boosting the economy. Consumer purchasing behavior has shifted with the pandemic. Purchases that have relied on face-to-face meetings have changed to online purchases that rely on technology. The entire business world is changing its marketing strategy by doing digital marketing. As many businesses use digital marketing for promotion and sales, the use of digital media has increased. This is very important for MSMEs to develop their business, namely developing new markets by focusing on developing their business towards B2C (Business to Customer) sales.
