Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia di Era Digital pada Masyarakat di Desa Cihambulu, Pabuaran, Subang - Jawa Barat
Abstract
The purpose of this activity is to find out how to manage human resources in the digital era in communities in Cihambulu Village, Pabuaran, Subang, West Java. The background to this activity is that in today's digital era, human resource management is a very important aspect in the education process in general. Therefore the functions in human resource management must be carried out optimally so that needs related to individual goals, companies, problems faced by the Indonesian nation, namely those related to competitiveness can be resolved. The focus of the problem of concern in this activity is the lack of ability of the people in Cihambulu village in managing human resources in organizations or institutions, so that they cannot provide solutions to a problem which ultimately results in bad decisions. This should be of concern to Stakeholders where it is necessary to provide guidance to the public regarding this matter, especially in today's digital era. Solutions to the problems offered in dealing with the problems above are by solving the problems faced by them by providing training in resource management in dealing with the digital era through: (1) Efforts to Improve HR Competence in the Digital Era, (2) HR Development Strategies in the Digital Era, (3) Problem Solving in the Digital Age
