Mengembangkan Budaya Kerja yang Positif Pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Bogor
Abstract
Pengembangan budaya kerja yang positif pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Workshop Rumah Karya, Kabupaten Bogor. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, 25 Agustus 2024, diikuti oleh 28 mahasiswa dan 8 dosen pembimbing dari Universitas Pamulang. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk membangun budaya kerja yang positif dengan mendorong terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang mendukung produktivitas dan kesejahteraan, serta membangun hubungan harmonis antar karyawan di Workshop Rumah Karya, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei, penyampaian materi secara langsung, simulasi, dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan SDM, serta studi kasus. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat, khususnya mengenai pentingnya membangun budaya kerja yang positif di UMKM. Budaya kerja yang positif pada UMKM berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja dan keberlanjutan bisnis.
